Refund and return policy

01 Refundable and returnable situations

You can apply for a refund or return under the following circumstances:

• Within 7 days of receiving the goods, if they have not been used and are in brand new condition, you can apply for a return
• If the received goods are damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, you can provide evidence to apply for a refund or replacement
• If there is a serious delay due to logistics, a refund can be processed after verification

02 Non-refundable or non-returnable situations

Please note that the following situations do not offer refund or return services:

• Apply for a return after more than 7 days
• The goods have been obviously used, damaged or affected for secondary sale
• Personalized customized products are not eligible for return
• Goods purchased through non-official channels do not offer after-sales service

03 Exchange policy

If you need to change the size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be kept unused and fully packaged. If the price of the exchanged goods is different, the difference will be made up or refunded.

04 Refund processing method

After the refund application is approved, we will handle it in the following manner

• The refund will be returned to the original payment method (such as PayPal, Alipay, etc.)
• Refunds are usually credited to your account within 3 to 7 working days after the review is approved
• The handling fees of third-party payment platforms will be implemented in accordance with their own rules

05 How to submit an application

Please submit your application through the "Contact Us" page on the website or the order center, and attach the order number and a description of the relevant issue. We will reply within 24 to 48 hours.
