07 Lost and damaged parts handling

In case of transportation issues, please handle them as follows:

The package is lost.

If the package is lost during transportation, please contact us immediately and we will assist in communicating with the logistics company

The goods are damaged.

When you receive a damaged package, please keep evidence (photos/videos) and contact us within 48 hours

Evidence preservation: If you find the product damaged, please be sure to take photos or videos as evidence when signing for it. This will help us process your application quickly.
